QPOGO Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Returns Policy (Retail Customers)

You have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personalised items, or hygiene-sensitive products like opened kitchen tools) may be non-returnable unless faulty.
